| Description: | Permanently closed since purchase by Tesco in 2009. Was a fine example of a 1950s/1960s estate pub on a large corner plot - the only pub in the Lillington suburb; it was an excellent example of a local community pub. It Ran darts, pool and football teams and organised an annual summer children's outing. | |

The pub has been purchased by Tesco who plan to convert it into a Tesco Express. It's fate will be decided by Warwick District Council on 29th July 2009. Leamington Observer article
