Crosspool Ale Makers SocietyHoratio Bright4.5Pale aleHoratio Bright now has extra pale malt which has created a lighter more Golden appearance to the beer; it is now a 'proper' golden ale! Now the oranges are “dry-hopped” with the Citra hops, halfway through the fermentation. The oranges add extra flavour, as well as bitterness. The bittering hop is Target. Chinook hops are also added halfway through the boil. It's got properties of a traditional English bitter but with loads of flavour at the end from the American hops and the oranges. It's naturally cloudy and the beer is unfined so suitable for vegans.
